This document contains the terms and conditions governing ss17 platform use. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set forth herein.

These terms apply to all ss17 platform users in Malaysia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

Acceptance and Scope of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the ss17 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This acceptance is legally binding and applies to all users aged 21 and above residing in Malaysia.

These terms cover all services provided by ss17, including Sports Betting, slots, poker, eSports, and any additional features introduced from time to time. If you act on behalf of a company or other entity, you warrant you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Ss17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time with appropriate notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes are implemented will be regarded as acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation and User Security

Multiple account ownership by a single user is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password secure and not sharing them with others. ss17 accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your own negligence in protecting login information.

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify the ss17 support team through the official communication channels provided on the platform. ss17 reserves the right to suspend accounts for investigation if any suspicious activity is detected.

Registration Responsibilities

  • Personal information must be accurate and authentic
  • Only one account allowed per user
  • Users must be 21 years old or older
  • Passwords must be updated regularly
  • Accounts are non-transferable

Account Restrictions

  • Registration using false identity is prohibited
  • Sharing account access is prohibited
  • Use of automated software or bots is prohibited

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Ss17 platform users are required to use all services responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any attempts to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of fraud will result in strict actions including account closure and legal proceedings.

Users are strictly prohibited from sharing any content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party rights via the ss17 platform. This includes bans on using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.

Ss17 reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate any user who violates these rules without prior notice. ss17’s decision in such matters is final and binding, except through the platform’s formal appeal process.

MYR Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the ss17 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users can make deposits using various supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, internet banking, and other local e-wallets. Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Before processing withdrawals, ss17 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal processing times vary by method, typically taking one to three business days for bank transfers.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account or e-wallet information is accurate. ss17 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details provided by users. Any disputes related to transactions must be reported within thirty (30) days from the transaction date.

Deposit

Processed instantly via TNG, FPX, and internet banking. Minimum deposit limits apply according to the payment method.

Withdrawal

Processed within one to three business days after KYC verification is completed and the request is confirmed.

Transaction Security

All transactions are secured with industry-grade encryption. Two-factor authentication is recommended for all accounts.

Liability Limits and Account Policy

Ss17 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users from using or being unable to use this platform. ss17’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user to the platform within the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Ss17 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Ss17 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts under the following circumstances:

  • Verification or detection of fraudulent activity
  • Violation of any provisions in these terms
  • Multiple accounts owned by the same user
  • Using false information during registration
  • Actions that compromise platform integrity
  • User requests to close their own account

Intellectual Property and Platform Content

All content on the ss17 platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is exclusively owned by ss17 or our licensors and protected under Malaysian copyright law and applicable international agreements.

Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works, or exploiting any ss17 platform content for any purpose without prior written consent from ss17 management.

The use of ss17’s name, logo, or brand for any commercial or promotional purpose without permission is prohibited and may lead to legal action. Users who identify any copyright infringements on this platform are encouraged to report them via our official support channels.

These links are provided solely for user convenience. ss17 is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or website practices. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts with jurisdiction.
